Return policy guidelines
• You can initiate a return within 15 days for eligible items if you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or counterfeit item.
• When returning an item, keep all seals, tags, accessories intact and ensure the item is in its original packaging.
• Remove any passwords from devices being returned, otherwise the return will be invalid.
• You can request a return if you have changed your mind about an item, but some items (e.g. swimwear, underwear, cosmetics, food supplements) cannot be returned for hygiene and security reasons.
Please note that items must meet Zuchini’s return policy guidelines to be eligible for a refund. Zuchini is committed to accepting returned products in line with applicable consumer protection legislation and guidelines.
Initiate your return.
Step 1: Log in to your Zuchini account and go to “ORDERS”.
Step 2: Click on the order of the item(s) you want to return.
Step 3: Choose the item you want to return and Click on “See Details”.
Step 4: Select the item(s) you want to return and provide a reason for the return. Give more details to help us understand the issue and click “NEXT”.
Step 5: Choose your preferred refund method and click “NEXT”.
Step 6: Review your information and submit your return request.

If you made payment for your order using the bank transfer option,your refund will be processed directly into the bank account provided. It may take up to 8 business days for your bank to credit the refund amount to your account.
If you made payment with your card, your refund will be processed into the bank card. it may take up to 7 – 15 business days for your bank to credit the refund amount to your account.
If you have chosen a voucher as your refund method, your refund voucher will be processed immediately and you will receive an e-mail with your voucher code.
