How secure is my payment information on Zuchini?
Zuchini Payment is committed to use the best commercially available technology and procedures to protect the security of your online transactions. To secure your transaction, you have 2 levels of control:
1. Your Zuchini password
2. Your one-time verification code sent by your bank to your phone.
What do I do if my payment is declined?
This could have happened because:
You attempted to pay via Debit/Credit Card but wrongly entered the Security PIN / Name / Expiry date or your card is not activated for online transactions by your bank. We suggest you select another payment method next time or call your bank to enable your card for future transactions.
You did not update OTP sent as an SMS by the Bank. Sometimes the phone number registered with your card or bank account is different than the one you are using at the time of your transaction. Please call your bank to update to the correct phone number or use the SIM card associated with your bank account to get the OTP.
You have insufficient funds/credit. In this case, select another payment method or make a transaction after you have sufficient funds/credit on your card/bank account.
The bank has declined to process this transaction.
If any amount was debited from your mobile money/bank account, please Chat With Us and provide us with the details of the transaction.
What is Zuchini Payments on Delivery?
Zuchini Payment on delivery is a cashless payment option that allows you to pay for your Zuchini orders upon delivery. You can pay with your credit/debit card, Mastercard, and Mobile Money at the time of delivery, instead of cash.
To pay with Zuchini Payment on delivery, simply ask our delivery associate to use Zuchini Payment as a payment method. Then, you can select your preferred payment method within Zuchini Payment.
